Earlier this month, students from Del Norte High School’s Technology Relief Initiative (TRI) partnered with the International Rescue Committee (IRC) in El Cajon to distribute 20 refurbished laptops to refugee families. The event was part of TRI’s ongoing effort to bridge the digital divide by providing reliable technology
